紙做的腳踏車，造型俗，價錢更俗！
大家都知道腳踏車方便又有趣、安全而且環保。但問題是，對那些想嚐試，又還不確定他們會不會喜歡或會不會想一直騎腳踏車的人來說，要下決心投資一台腳踏車並不容易，就算是買便宜的沃爾瑪或夏洛克的腳踏車也一樣。
21歲的菲爾．布里居，雪菲爾霍曼大學設計系學生，提出了一個(可能的)解決方案：用紙板來做腳踏車！紙板？它讓腳踏車變得超級廉價。事實上，布里居宣稱他的腳踏車要價只需30美元左右，這種價位讓腳踏車的價位再也不成問題。有問題的是，紙做的車架可能會垮掉或破裂，特別是下雨時。然而據布里居表示，原型車的確可以騎，只是要有節制，而且它還有一些問題還沒解決。
紙板車架會是下一個偉大的發明嗎？這種腳踏車的車架是用工業用包裝紙板所製成。它很堅固而且中間是蜂巢式的。這種材料主要是運用在辦公室隔板和包裝。布里居的用意是讓人們先買紙腳踏車來試騎，看看他們喜不喜歡，如果喜歡再升級成「正常的」腳踏車(也許是用木頭或竹子做成的？)。好吧，紙腳踏車大概不會是腳踏車界下一個偉大創新(我們還是期待碳纖維和竹子吧！)，但不論紙腳踏車最後是否被證明可行或耐用，它都是一個有趣的點子。畢竟還有什麼會比用回收紙板做的腳踏車更環保的呢？

Low Heat Tolerance
It's only late April and the weather has became unbearably warm...
However, the meter shows that the temperature is only 24 degrees during the day...can't image how will I survive throughout the summer when it gets to 36, 37 even 38 degrees.

The Cement City
If you take a walk in Taipei city, you could hardly find a small piece of earth which is not covered by cement.
With no surprise, this is a city made of cement. People try to stabilize the ground with cement, in the mean time they also make the environment more rigid and breathless. Just like people's life in this metropolitan.
